here's a simple technique you can do on yourself to get you to sleep faster to get you to relax to take away anxiety and stress you're going to take your thumb and behind your ear as you come below here as you go back you'll feel a bone right here called the mastoid process right behind that bone you'll feel a little groove put your thumb back in that area and just go in little circular motions about 100 to 200 times and that will kick up your parasympathetic nervous system that will wind your body down it will get you to sleep it will allow you to relax so you can wake up and feel refreshed once again
