coming for eka hasta bhajasana this is a balancing action requires a good action in the groin and good strength in the arms start with the bent leg hook the leg over the arm as you can see here in the video see if you can take the leg as high as possible to the shoulder taking your left hand down holding on to the shin placing your hands to the floor as you lift the leg draw forward and move the abdomen to the spine come up extend into the heel look forward and release down you can use variations for this action have a look at the variations in the poses below and again other side softening the groin as you can see here i'm taking the leg to the shoulder just be there for a few moments to lift come forward and draw the buttock back draw the abdomen back push strongly into the palms keep the lift and then slowly release take the hands beside you for dandasana you
